i found this pup walking dupont hwy/memorial dr in the vicinity of minquadale. she is black/brownish with long tail and floppy ears. she has white on her chest and tips of her toes. she also has one patch of white on the back of her neck and a very thin white stripe between her eyes. she looks like she could have had a recent litter of pups. she is very friendly and playful and loves kids. plse contact me at 302 654 7177 if you think this could be your dog.thanks, Hope
